I am not your love and light guru. I’m not here to help you bypass your bullshit with affirmations and incense. I didn’t crawl through hell, lose parts of myself, reclaim them, and become the Big Mama you see before you just to pacify you with pretty mantras and high vibes.

This new age, watered-down spirituality that tells you to “just stay positive” is the biggest scam running.

It’s spiritual numbing dressed up in moonstone and white sage.

And too many of y’all are falling for it.

“But love and light is the goal, right?”

No baby.

Truth and integration is the goal.

Embodiment and alignment is the goal.

Love without discipline is delusion. Light without shadow is fantasy. And when you’re taught to run from your rage, your shame, your trauma—you’re being taught to run from your power.
